In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

3 reasons to book
  • Genuinely friendly staff — Multiple guests highlight the warm, helpful team who go out of their way to assist with directions and local tips.
  • Clean and well-equipped rooms — Rooms are described as clean, comfortable, and fitted with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
  • Convenient location — Close to The Garden Shopping Center and within easy reach of transport, restaurants, and key sights.
–

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Value for money is a concern — The Value rating sits below the hotel's other scores, and with rooms starting at £231, some may find the price high for a 3-star property.
  • Limited room count — With only 21 rooms, availability can be tight, and the property may feel less anonymous than larger hotels.
  • Small-scale amenities — While there are facilities like a spa and fitness centre, the compact size means less variety than at bigger resorts.
  • No pets allowed — Travellers with pets will need to look elsewhere, as the hotel does not accommodate animals.
